My best way of getting my endurance up is to run on the track and sprint as hard as you possibly can on the straights and slowly jog the curves. My good friend William "Monty" Rodgers does this with me all the time as well as vjb and he plays pro basketball in finland for a team that starts with a j and i cant pronounce he is currently averaging 21 ppg if you look him up you can find that he was an NAIA all american and tournament player of the year he lead his team mayville state to the national championship where they lost

Hi
The experts say not to do jogging. They say do sprints and stuff that is anaerobic not aerobic. What you do is a good way of getting in shape for bball season.

wow, ur freinds with sum1 on a pro team tongue.gif , jdent if 'Pros' say not to jog and to aerobic things, for endurance how are u suppose to last games if u rnt naturally good at running long distances. Like in games and stuff? Also isnt it possible to have both things, edurance and explosiveness, like Iverson who plays like nearly the whole game and has like a 40+ inch vert?
