Ok so next week im going to start the intermediate streght section with the plyos that go along with it , is it ok to upper body train on those days because i odnt have time to lift in the off days
Im starting Im 15 5'6 130 lbs 210 squat reach 7'1 running vertical 26 standing 23 Im confused about the strength part, how much weight am i suppose to do, it doesnt give percentages so i dont know how much to lift so if anybody could help me out that would be much appreciated |

Yes, you do can plyos on the same day as strength training, but do the plyos first.
As for what weight to start with, I don't have the VJB in front of me, what exercises and reps is it asking for? |

Yes you can still train upper body those days, but I would do that first, then legs then plyos.

Yes you can still do upper body on those days. As for percentage of your 1rm it says you should do most of your training in the 80%-100% range and part of it in approxiamtely the 60-80% range. I would reccomend you just put enough weight on the bar so you can do it but be able to only do 1 more rep after. It sound like you need more plyos though since your squat is pretty high. Hope this helps.
