Hi
I am doing athletic advantage right now but I will want to start a program for muscle building after. Anyone have any ideas of programs I should do. I've heard german muscle volume or whatever is good but I don't know. Is this a good program? If so could someone send it to me?

Hi
I have stopped athletic advantage because I find that I have trouble doing the deadlifts with good form becuase they require alot of weight. I am going to do a strength/muscle gain program since I am 6'3 and only 145lbs. I am not quite sure of which rogram to do. I though about stronglifts 5x5 (www.stronglifts.com) but I have a machine and it says don't use a machine. I then came across a program that looks really good (http://www.strengthcats.com/basketball-off-pre-season.htm). It is on Microsoft excel so you just fill in th weights and it will tell you how much to lift each workout. It seems really good and I am thinking of doing it. Do any of you guys think it is very good and if not what program would you reccomend I do? Thanks
